How to open an email in another windows on Lotus Notes

I'm not a big fan of Lotus notes, I miss working with Outlook. Nothing is that easy as the MS world is...

So, to open an email in another window on Notes: 

1. Click on the email (or the application that you want to open). 

2. Right click on the tab name

3. Click on "Open in New Window" option... 

So simple... But I still prefer Outlook!
